All paid performances at the 2025 Jeonju Int'l Sori Festival are sold via Interpark Ticket.

※ Online reservations are available up to one day before the performance. The deadline for online reservation and the refund policy for reserved tickets are subject to the Interpark Ticket's terms and conditions.
   (For Ticket Inquires : 1544-1555 / Reservations close at 5PM on the day before weekday and Saturday performances, and at 11AM on the day before Sunday performances)

※ Wheelchair seats and group-visit tickets can only be booked by calling the Organizing Committee’s customer center (063-232-8395)

※ Only discounts for group visitors, persons who killed or wounded for a righteous cause, national merit honorees, and persons with disabilities are applicable for performances for children and performances with a fixed price of 10,000 won.

※ It is required to bring proof materials when receiving tickets on the day of the performance. If you do not provide the required proof, the ticket will be cancelled and reissued with the proper price.

Instruction

  • All tickets for the 2025 Jeonju Int'l Sori Festival should be picked up at the venue on the day of the performance.
  • Each person must have their own ticket. Entry is not permitted without a ticket, regardless of reason. Please keep your ticket safely.
  • After the performance begins, there will be restrictions on entrance times to ensure that the performance runs smoothly. Please follow the instructions of the staff on site when entering the performance venue.
  • Dangerous materials such as firecrackers, lasers as well as pets, flowers, drinks and food are not permitted in the venue.
  • All forms of recording during performances are prohibited, including photo- and video-taking and live-streaming via social media.
  • If you engage in behavior that disturbs other audiences, you may be subject to disciplinary action by the staff.
  • The festival-organizers are not responsible for any loss or theft resulted from your negligence. Please be careful with your valuable belongings.
  • Some performances may be filmed by the broadcast agencies, and thereby you may be recorded or photographed. Please be aware of this when booking your tickets.
  • Please note that heavy traffic jam around the venue is respected during the festival period and thus parking may be tough on the days of performance. Please note that ticket refunds and changes are not possible for delays caused by traffic and parking conditions, and take care not to arrive late on the day of the event.

The first period includes paid performances, and the second period includes free performances and paid performances.

Where can we make reservations for free performances?
Free performances are available on the official website of the Jeonju Int'l Sori Festival.
Go to the top menu, select “Program” and then “Advance Registration.” Enter your name and contact information for the event you wish to attend, and then submit your registration.
Registrations are accepted individually for one person at a time. The personal information you provide will be used to confirm your attendance on the day of the event and will be deleted after the event.
Are there different types of ticket?
Tickets for the 2025 Jeonju Int'l Sori Festival are offered in two types: paper tickets and wristbands.
▶ Performances using paper tickets
- Performances at the Sori Arts Center's indoor performance halls (Moak Hall, Yeonji Hall, and Myeongin Hall)
▶ Performances using wristbands
- All paid performances except those at the Sori Arts Center's performance halls
When is the early bird event?
The early bird event runs for a week from the beginning day of ticket reservation sales.
During the period, you can purchase tickets for eligible performances at a 50% discount. Please note that some paid performances are excluded from the event, so please check the list of eligible performances before purchasing tickets.

- June 24th, 1:00 PM to June 30th, 11:59 PM

- July 14th, 1:00 PM to July 20th, 11:59 PM
Is the reissue of ticket or wristband?
Tickets and wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or damage. Please keep having them until the end of the performance.
Is it available to use the storage room at the Sori Arts Center?
Individual belongings and prohibited items can be stored in the storage room during the performance for same-day ticket holders.

Are performances held when it rains?
Indoor performances will proceed as scheduled regardless of the weather forecast on the day of the event. Outdoor performances will also proceed as planned unless otherwise announced, but some may be moved to a different venue for the smoother operation. (The location change will be announced via the festival's social media channels.)
Cancellations and refunds due to weather issue on the day of the event are not possible. It is recommended to bring your own rain gear in accordance with the weather forecast.

  • Please bring your reservation number and ID when picking up your tickets.
  • Tickets for paid performances, except indoor events held at the Sori Arts Center indoor, are provided in the form of wristbands.
