※ All paid performances of 2024 Jeonju International Sori Festival are sold through Interpark Ticket.

※ Advance tickets for paid performances are available up to one day prior to the performance.
Possible issues related to advance tickets’ available booking times and refund will follow the policy of Interpark Ticket.

Information on On-site Ticket Office during the Festival Period (August 14 - 18)

※ Visitors with reservation can receive ticket at the ticket office next to performance venue on the day of event since 2 hours prior to the beginning of performance.

※ Visitors must bring their own ID card and show the reservation number for receiving ticket.

Notices on Entrance and Performance-watching

  • Entrance is not available without ticket for any reason. (Please note that you must have one ticket per person and keep your ticket with you.)
  • Entrance may be limited after the performance starts, and you will be directed by ushers for your entry.
    (After entering, please be sure to keep your ticket with you when moving around. Entry without a ticket will be prohibited.)
  • Safety bars are installed on the second floor of Moak Hall For the safety of audiences.
    Please note that the rows of 1-3 on the second floor may have limited visibility for some scenes that take place at the front of the stage due to the safety bars.
  • Some performances may be filmed by the broadcast agencies, and thereby you may be recorded or photographed. Please be aware of this when booking your tickets.
  • Tickets are offered in the form of a wristband for day-pass holders, which allows you to enter and exit freely during the outdoor performance and parts of exhibition programs.
    Please note that keep your wristband as you will not be able to reenter for any reason without it.
  • Dangerous materials such as firecrackers, lasers as well as pets, flowers, drinks and food are not permitted in the venue.
  • All forms of recording during performances are prohibited, including photo- and video-taking and live-streaming via social media.
  • Please refrain from any behavior that is disruptive to other audiences. If your behavior is disruptive, you may be asked to leave.
  • Please be careful with your valuable belongings. The festival-organizers are not responsible for any loss or theft resulted from your negligence.
  • Please note that heavy traffic jam around the venue is respected during the festival period and thus parking may be tough on the days of performance.
    Ticket refunds or changes are not available for delayed arrival of visitors due to traffic or parking-related issues. Please ensure that you do not arrive late.
