Harmonious melodies of stringed instruments seem to dissipate, yet collect, and vice versa
Master artists living in Jeollabuk-do will show their ripened performance conversing with nature. Their melodies seem to scatter, yet converge and vice versa. Songs of Masters 'Dongli, Paulownia's Waiting for Phoenix'
'The 2012 Songs of Masters' adapted into a more cheerful and popular outdoor play
'Songs of Masters -- Dongli, Paulownia's Waiting for Phoenix' which was acclaimed in 2012 as a Creative Pansori Play is adapted into a form of 'madanggeuk' (outdoor play) for the audience to enjoy it more comfortably. As the general manager of 'Songs of Masters' showed very sincere directorship and new attempts last year, great attention is being paid to his challenge to transform the work into madanggeuk, which is relatively more popular than pansori. This work, which describes the life and love of Shin Jaehyo, who organized Pansori five batangs, displays how passionate he was and how seriously he agonized for the art of Pansori. It has been recognized as the brand 'musical play' of the Sori Festival. This year, the work will be transformed into madanggeuk to show a more brighter and popular work with more laughter, wit, and humor added. Master Jo Juseon has won various competitions such as the grand prizes at the National Gugak Contest and National Pansori Competition at Namwon Chunhyang Festival. Sweeping the sori stages with her own clear and deep tone and her own unique abdominal vocal sound
Master Park Jiyun (Park Bokhee), who is a leading figure on one axis of the Pansori industry, learned her sori from masters Yeom Geumhyang and Jo Sanghyeon. She has followed Boseong sori of Gangsan school. She won the grand prize in the master Pansori section of the Grand Chunhyang Gugak Competition in 2006.
As such, she has led a very active life in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do and her unique appealing abdominal vocal sound is her strong point. She will display a very exciting stage with her delicate, matured sori which has emanated from her long period of elaboration.

Master Mo Bogyeong expresses her emotions with a clean and sweet sori
Master Mo, who overwhelms the audience with her long trained sori coming out of her small body, is a sori artist who succeeds to Jeong Jeongryeol's Chunhyang-ga most perfectly. Also, inherited from her mother, master Choi Seunghee, she has a proud, moderated, dignified, and elegant vocal sound which is emotional and lyrical. Master Mo's delicate, neat, and lovely voice is ready for the audience. It is a great opportunity to appreciate a new style of Chunhyang-ga.

Shimcheong-ga by master Kim Mijin, leading gugak's popularization through various stages
Sori artist Kim Mijin, as is often the case with a young artist in their twenties, has tried to popularize Korean sori and gugak through gugak musical, traditional music plays for children, as well as Pansori. She learned from master Jeong Sun-im. She is so competent a sori artist that she received the grand prize in the master section of the National Gugak Competition. Recently she finished a full performance of Heungbo-ga so successfully that she was recognized as an artist of ability, which has advanced her a step further.
